Sailing Experience Greece organizes practice sea sailing without a commercial purpose.

Booking Procedures

Request for Availability
Please fill our booking form and give us exact and alternative dates, if possible, number of passengers and any special requests you might have.
Please note that all charters are usually begin Saturday 1700 pm and finish on Saturday 900 am. Alternative days are possible according availability.
The all-inclusive price is 1,800 € per person with six registrations.
If it is chosen to participate in the tour with a maximum of five students, the price will be € 2,150 per person.
If it is chosen to participate in the tour with a maximum of four students, the price is € 2,550 per person.

Bookings
Confirm the charter as requested. You shall have our quotation within 24 hours.
Please provide us your full address, e-mail addresses, passport number phone and fax numbers.
Companies that want to register: please contact us by phone.

Contracts
After your acceptance of our quotation, you will receive by email a copy of the Charter Party agreement signed by our company.

Payment
After reception of the charter party, please transfer your deposit payment of 50% of the total charter fee.
The balance of the total charter fee should be paid eight weeks prior embarkation. Please note that according charter party terms all contracts are valid upon reception of payment.

Terms of cancellation policy:
If the trip cannot take place due to circumstances, the registration fee will be refunded three months before the planned departure.
If you decide to cancel at any time before departure, you have the option to transfer your registration to someone else.

Arrival Details
Two weeks before charter starting date please send us:
Crew-list (stating passport numbers, full addresses and emergency phone numbers)

Embarkation / Disembarkation
Embarkation Time: 17:00 hr./Saturday
Disembarkation Time: 09:00 hr./Saturday

Arrivals
At the latest 12.00 h. the day of embarkation.
When booking, it will be recommended to arrive the day before.

Late Arrivals
For arrivals after 19:00, we strongly recommend to ask us to arrange a transfer service from the arrival airport directly to the yacht.

Payments of Refundable Security Deposit
The Refundable Security Deposit should be paid at the base prior boat embarkation by one of the following manners:

Cash
Credit Card.We accept VISA & MASTER CARD
Personal cheques of any kind are not acceptable.

Price excludes

• Your transport to the departure port.
• Food and beverage
• Engine fuel. The boat is filled with fuel upon departure and will be returned with a full tank. Port - Marina fees (almost negligible).
• Transfers
• A deposit is paid, which will be refunded after departure. The purpose of the deposit is mainly if there are participants who lose something from the boat or who cause damage during the trip. (The instructor's job is to make sure that such a thing never happens.)

Price includes

Charter fees include:

• VAT
• All clean linen including bath towels
• Yacht end cleaning
• Port- Marina fees- for the first and last night of the charter in the marina of departure and return.

Smoking on board

Answer:
Smoking is only allowed on deck (*- only when anchored on shore) if proper care is taken to ensure that no damage can be caused. Smoking is NOT allowed inside.
